Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Call Center Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day oversight, including staff training and auditing for efficiency and compliance
  • Act as a liaison with internal departments and assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in mental health or Nursing with related psychiatric nursing experience
  • Minimum 5 years of behavioral healthcare experience and 3 years of managed care experience
  • Active, unrestricted license in a mental health field (e.g., LCSW, MHC, LPC)
  • 1 year of leadership experience is preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
