Licensed Triage Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of users' needs for non-medical counseling and work/life services
• Mentor new and less experienced triage consultants and ensure calls meet service standards
• Deescalate callers and respond to high-risk cases while documenting all interactions in the Case Management System

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related fields
• Minimum 1-year related post-graduate work experience
• Contact/call center experience preferred
• Knowledge of mandated procedures for child or elder abuse situations
• Experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services is preferred
