Licensed Triage Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Consultant to provide assistance and resources to military service members and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for Non-Medical Counseling (NMC) and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
• Act as a mentor for new triage consultants and ensure calls meet service standards
• De-escalate crisis situations and document cases in the Case Management System (CMS)

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field
• Minimum 1-year related post-graduate work experience
• Contact/call center experience preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services
