Licensed Triage Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Consultant responsible for providing assistance and resources to military service members and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of users' needs for non-medical counseling and work/life services
• Handle calls according to service standards and act as a mentor to less experienced consultants
• Identify high-risk cases and respond appropriately in crisis situations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related fields
• Minimum of 1-year related post-graduate work experience
• Contact/call center experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust background investigation
• Experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services preferred
