Licensed Triage Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Consultant responsible for providing assistance and consultation on non-medical counseling and work/life issues to military service members and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of users' needs for non-medical counseling and work/life services
• Ensure all calls are handled according to contractual service standards and provide mentorship to new consultants
• Identify high-risk cases and respond appropriately, demonstrating outstanding customer service and crisis management

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related human services field
• Minimum of 1-year related post-graduate work experience
• Contact/call center experience preferred due to high call volume
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a federal Public Trust background investigation
• Experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services, with knowledge of military culture preferred
