Job Summary

To support the Military OneSource contact center, the full-time Licensed Triage Consultant will assess participant needs, determine eligibility for services, and facilitate referrals to appropriate resources while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support for participant intake, needs assessment, and referral services within the Military OneSource contact center
  • Conduct consultative interactions to determine eligibility and facilitate warm hand-offs to internal and external service providers
  • Document participant interactions and ensure continuity of experience by minimizing delays and repetition of information during service transitions
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling
  • Ability to pass a DoD Tier II suitability investigation within 30 days of hire
  • Knowledge and understanding of military life and the unique needs of service members and their families
  • Familiarity with contact center operations, including call handling and documentation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills suitable for a contact center environment
