Job Summary
Providing critical support for participant engagement, the full-time Licensed Triage Consultant will assess needs, determine eligibility for services, and facilitate referrals within a remote contact center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct participant intake and needs assessments to ensure timely and accurate referrals to appropriate services
- Document interactions and case information in accordance with program requirements while maintaining high customer service standards
- Assist participants in accessing various resources, including TRICARE and community-based services, while ensuring a seamless experience
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling
- Ability to pass a DoD Tier 1 suitability investigation within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge and understanding of military life and the unique needs of service members and their families
- Familiarity with contact center operations, including call handling and documentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills suitable for a contact center environment
