Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Licensed Triage Consultant II to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership support and guidance as the senior Triage Consultant for complex cases
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and respond to high-volume telephonic and chat contacts in a 24/7 call center environment
  • Assess crisis situations, manage high-risk cases, and perform follow-up contacts while documenting interactions thoroughly
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field
  • Current, valid, unrestricted independent counseling license issued by a relevant authority
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or similar setting
  • Demonstrated experience in counseling or behavioral/mental health services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems
