Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Licensed Triage Consultant II to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership support and guidance as the senior Triage Consultant for complex cases
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and respond to high-volume telephonic and chat contacts in a 24/7 call center environment
- Assess crisis situations, manage high-risk cases, and perform follow-up contacts while documenting interactions thoroughly
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field
- Current, valid, unrestricted independent counseling license issued by a relevant authority
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or similar setting
- Demonstrated experience in counseling or behavioral/mental health services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems
