Licensed Triage Consultant II

Job Summary

Serving as the senior Triage Consultant in a full-time remote capacity, the Licensed Triage Consultant II will provide leadership, conduct comprehensive assessments, and manage high-volume telephonic and chat contacts while supporting the Military OneSource mission.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership support and guidance on complex and high-risk cases
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of member needs across various EAP and work-life domains
• Respond to high-volume contacts in a 24/7 call center environment while ensuring compliance with performance standards

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• Current, valid, unrestricted independent clinical counseling license issued by a State or U.S. Territory
• Minimum of one year of related professional experience, preferably in an EAP or similar setting
• Strong crisis assessment and de-escalation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems
