Job Summary
A company is looking for a Triage Operations Manager responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of triage consultants and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Triage staff and ensure quality and productivity standards are met
- Conduct staff quality assessments and provide coaching to improve performance
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, disciplinary actions, and oversee system maintenance and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Current, valid counseling license/certification from any U.S. state or territory
- Experience in call center service implementation and managing various organizational levels
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and web-based services
- Strong leadership experience and ability to develop continuous process improvement plans
