Licensed Triage Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Operations Manager responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of triage consultants and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Triage staff and ensure quality and productivity standards are met
• Conduct staff quality assessments and provide coaching to improve performance
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, disciplinary actions, and oversee system maintenance and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Current, valid counseling license/certification from any U.S. state or territory
• Experience in call center service implementation and managing various organizational levels
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and web-based services
• Strong leadership experience and ability to develop continuous process improvement plans
