Licensed U65 ACA Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Dedicated to selling ACA health insurance plans for individuals under 65, the fully remote Licensed U65 ACA Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, conduct needs-based consultations, and close sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from customers seeking information about health insurance options
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend and enroll customers into appropriate ACA plans
• Quote, present, overcome objections, and close sales with confidence and professionalism

Required qualifications

• Must currently hold an active Life and Health General Lines License in the state of residence
• Experience in inside sales, preferably in the health insurance sector
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound and outbound sales environment
• Strong consultative sales approach and customer service skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems for documenting customer interactions
