Job Summary

Supporting small group companies with tailored insurance solutions, the fully remote Licensed Under 65 Group Sales Representative will utilize their insurance expertise to consult on Life and Health Plans, develop leads, and achieve sales goals through relationship-building and customer education.

Key responsibilities

• Calling, presenting, and selling Group Insurance products across various carriers
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services
• Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products

Required qualifications

• Active Life and Health Insurance license
• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends
