Licensed Utilization Workflow Manager

Job Summary

To ensure compliance and enhance patient care, the full-time Licensed Utilization Workflow Manager will analyze patient data, review OASIS documentation, and collaborate with coding partners in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assure compliance with OASIS documentation and plan of care accuracy, providing recommendations for improvements
• Evaluate visit frequency and service utilization, collaborating with clinicians to support patient needs
• Act as a liaison with coding partners to ensure timely completion of OASIS workflows and documentation accuracy

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in home health, with a focus on quality or supervisory roles
• Licensed RN or PT in good standing from an accredited program
• Experience with HCHB preferred
• ICD Coding/OASIS certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
