Licensed Veterinary Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer partnerships in veterinary medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive retention and growth by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Provide strategic support by identifying patterns and sharing best practices across the customer portfolio
• Strengthen workflow and clinical confidence by applying product expertise to improve hospital operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management with a focus on retention or growth
• 5+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital with knowledge of clinical and operational workflows
• Hands-on experience with Instinct EMR or Treatment Plan, and Plumb's or Standards of Care
• Proficiency in using dashboards and modern AI tools to enhance productivity
• BS/BA degree and Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) are preferred
