Job Summary

A company is looking for a Veterinary Medical Affairs Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with veterinary professionals to enhance their understanding of the company and support customer needs
• Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) to address customer inquiries related to their pets and foster positive relationships
• Develop and implement protocols for customer interactions that include veterinary professional engagement

Required Qualifications

• Licensed U.S. Veterinarian with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (General Practice preferred)
• Strong background in veterinary medicine and a passion for optimizing dog health outcomes
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights
• Experience in building relationships and educating veterinary professionals
• Proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and customer-centric solutions
