Providing strategic legal leadership across the Americas, the full-time Licensed Vice President Counsel will oversee the regional legal organization, deliver business-focused legal counsel, and partner with executive leadership to manage legal risks while supporting business growth, with the option for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the legal strategy for the Americas, aligning with enterprise priorities
- Serve as the senior legal advisor to regional executive leadership on complex legal matters
- Oversee significant litigation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law
- Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably in a consumer-oriented environment
- Proven track record in a senior legal counsel or executive role within a multinational organization
- Experience leading geographically dispersed legal teams
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
