Licensed Virtual Health Psychologist
Job Summary
Providing virtual care to a diverse member population, the full-time Licensed Virtual Health Psychologist will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, and manage behavioral health case coordination within the Digital Wellness Center, working remotely with a rotating schedule of 5x8 shifts between 8am-8pm CST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with members to assist in personal, social, educational, and vocational development through virtual sessions
- Utilize evidence-based screenings to diagnose conditions and provide integrated assessment and treatment
- Lead individual and group psychotherapy sessions, along with case management coordination with other healthcare professionals
Required qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Active license to practice clinical psychology and eligibility for PsyPact multi-state licensure
- 2-4 years of experience in mental health treatment, including virtual care delivery
- Experience with various mental health issues such as depression, substance use disorders, and family therapies
- Certification in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) required within 12 months of hire
