Licensed Virtual Health Psychologist
Job Summary
Providing virtual care to a diverse member population, the full-time Licensed Virtual Health Psychologist will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, and manage behavioral health case coordination while working remotely within a rotating schedule of 5x8 shifts from 8am-8pm CST, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with members to define goals and facilitate personal, social, educational, and vocational development
- Utilize evidence-based screenings to diagnose conditions and provide integrated assessment and treatment in a virtual environment
- Deliver short-term, solution-focused psychotherapy and lead group sessions as needed
Required qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Active license to practice clinical psychology and eligibility for PsyPact
- 2-4 years of experience in mental health treatment, including virtual care delivery
- Experience with depression, mood disorders, and family therapies
- Certification in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) within 12 months of hire
