Licensed Virtual Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Virtual Mental Health Counselor will provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, lead group sessions, and collaborate with a clinical team, all while working remotely from the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient-centered, evidence-based psychotherapy for clients aged 12 and older
• Lead support and psychoeducation groups, and create mental health webinars and workshops
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure integrated continuity of care for patients

Required qualifications

• Must be licensed in Indiana and Illinois; additional licenses in other states preferred
• At least a Master's level degree in a relevant mental health field (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience in providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation and treatment
• Preferred 2 or more years of experience as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
