Licensed Virtual Tutor
Job Summary
Seeking certified educators, the part-time Licensed Virtual Tutor will deliver engaging, high-quality tutoring in math and ELA to elementary, middle, and high school students remotely, with sessions scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5-8 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings
- Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom environment
- Adapt instruction using provided curriculum to meet each student's needs
Required qualifications
- Current, valid U.S. teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA
- Available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5-8 PM EST
- Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Prior online tutoring experience preferred
