Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Educator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic intake services and document patient consultations in the EMR
• Provide sexual health counseling and coordinate referrals
• Review medication and treatment plans while managing a daily caseload from home

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Proficiency with computers and technology (60+ WPM typing)
• Current LVN/LPN license from an accredited School of Nursing
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection
