Job Summary
To support a growing mortgage lending team, the full-time Licensed VP of Branch Production will manage the loan process from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service by assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and documentation
- Review and audit mortgage files for income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability
- Manage a pipeline of various loan products, ensuring the best financial program for borrowers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
