Licensed Water Treatment Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Water Treatment Engineer, the remote position will provide technical leadership in water treatment processes, including design, optimization, and client engagement, while supporting project delivery and staff development.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for treatment process selection, design, optimization, pilot testing, and commissioning
- Support project delivery, staff development, mentorship, and technical innovation
- Identify market trends and emerging water quality issues to inform firm strategy and client needs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's degree in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of drinking water industry experience, including process design and engineering
- Must be a licensed professional engineer (PE)
- Strong technical background in municipal water market, water treatment, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in leading and mentoring others
