Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Water Treatment Engineer, the full-time position will provide technical leadership in water treatment processes, including design, optimization, and project delivery, with opportunities for remote work from various office locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for treatment process selection, design, optimization, pilot testing, and commissioning
- Support project delivery and staff development while fostering technical innovation
- Identify market trends and client needs to enhance water treatment strategy and approaches
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's degree in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering preferred
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the drinking water industry, including process design and engineering
- Must be a licensed professional engineer (PE)
- Strong technical background in municipal water market, water treatment, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in leading and mentoring others in a technical environment
