Job Summary

Providing specialized consultation and referral services, the full-time Specialty Consultant - Work Life will work remotely during the evening shift to support military members and their families with resources related to elder care, adoption, and work-life services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultation and referral services for elder care, adult disability support, and adoption services
• Conduct telephonic and secure video consultations while adhering to contract performance requirements
• Assess participant needs and navigate appropriate resources, ensuring high standards of confidentiality and professionalism

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Experience in specialty areas like elder care, adult disability services, or adoption
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of call center operations
• Ability to assess complex situations and provide tailored support solutions
• Understanding of military lifestyle and culture, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
