Licensing Accounting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Accounting Associate, responsible for processing accounting tasks related to titling and registration procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and interpret business functions of license prepaid fees and set up amortization schedules
• Review general ledger details to identify revenue opportunities and process necessary accounting journal entries
• Process payable invoices for vendor services through Workday

Required Qualifications and Education

• H.S. diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
• Four years of accounting and finance experience with a high school diploma required
• Three years of accounting experience with an Associate's degree preferred
• One year of related experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Word required
