Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Analyst who will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to pharmacy benefit management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain PBM licenses across multiple states, ensuring timely renewals and compliance
• Monitor updates in pharmacy benefit regulations and provide guidance on necessary licensing adjustments
• Assist in regulatory audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries from governing agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
• Experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs within the pharmacy benefit management or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of state and federal PBM regulations preferred
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across departments
