Licensing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Analyst responsible for managing and overseeing the licensing process within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall application process for multiple clients across various states
• Act as a resource for clients regarding state licensing issues and maintain documentation
• Interact with government agencies and provide updates to Account Managers on submission statuses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
• Minimum 1 year of compliance/document preparation experience within a regulatory or legal environment
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SharePoint and Salesforce preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects effectively
