Licensing Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the licensing process remotely, the full-time Licensing Analyst will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, review license applications, and communicate with regulatory agencies while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the application process for multiple clients across various states, ensuring timely submissions and compliance
• Act as a resource for clients regarding state licensing issues and maintain accurate project records
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and monitor project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in compliance or document preparation within a regulatory environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint and Salesforce preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated English language proficiency at C1 level or higher (according to the CEFR framework)
