Licensing Analyst

Job Summary

A pharmaceutical services company is seeking a Licensing Analyst for their Account Management and Program Support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the application process for multiple clients across multiple states
• Act as a resource for internal and external clients regarding state licensing issues
• Track and monitor the status of submissions, review application information, and provide updates to Account Managers

Required Qualifications:

• Telecommuting available following orientation period
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of project management, regulatory, or training experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to multitask, exhibit grace under pressure, and maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
