Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensing and Compliance Manager to support its Compliance and Licensing Team in business expansion and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Consumer Finance and Performance of Work license portfolio
- Perform due diligence on state-level laws and maintain required state licenses
- Implement process improvements for licensing portfolio management and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant licensing experience
- 4+ years of progressive experience in licensing, compliance, or related functions
- Experience using the Nationwide Multi-state Licensing System (NMLS) is required
- Familiarity with laws governing state-level licenses, permits, and registrations
- Must obtain Notary Public certification if not already held
