Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing and Compliance Manager to support its Compliance and Licensing Team in business expansion and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Consumer Finance and Performance of Work license portfolio
  • Perform due diligence on state-level laws and maintain required state licenses
  • Implement process improvements for licensing portfolio management and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant licensing experience
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in licensing, compliance, or related functions
  • Experience using the Nationwide Multi-state Licensing System (NMLS) is required
  • Familiarity with laws governing state-level licenses, permits, and registrations
  • Must obtain Notary Public certification if not already held
