Licensing and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Licensing and Compliance Specialist will manage regulatory filings and entity management for clients, focusing on money transmitter licensing and crypto-related regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and maintain Money Transmitter License applications and manage renewal calendars
• Support applications and reporting for non-US crypto licensing regimes and maintain a jurisdictional matrix
• Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for US and international entities

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in licensing, compliance, or paralegal work in relevant industries
• Hands-on experience with NMLS, state money transmitter filings, or international financial licensing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent filings and deadlines
• Excellent written communication skills for regulator correspondence
• Ability to work US business hours, with a preference for Eastern Time overlap
