Licensing and Contracting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing and Contracting Associate to manage contracting and licensing requests for financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and process contracting and licensing requests while meeting service level expectations
• Deliver proactive communication and take ownership of requests for timely and accurate resolution
• Build and maintain effective relationships with financial professionals by providing education on operational processes and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Related experience in contracting, insurance operations, or state regulations is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of carrier specific contracting rules and state specific requirements
• Experience with third-party vendors such as SureLC and RegEd
• Understanding of compliance with carrier guidelines and internal policies
