Job Summary
To support a growing clinical team, the full-time or part-time Licensing and Credentialing Specialist will manage provider licensing workflows, oversee payer enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end provider licensing workflows across multiple states, including applications and renewals
- Own payer enrollment processes for commercial and government payers, ensuring providers are active and compliant
- Serve as the primary liaison between clinicians, state boards, payers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in provider licensing and credentialing, preferably in a telehealth or multi-state setting
- Hands-on experience with CAQH, state licensing portals, and payer enrollment systems
- Familiarity with multi-state licensing compacts and telehealth-specific compliance considerations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-ups
- Proactive communicator with a strong attention to detail and a track record of managing complex documentation
