Licensing Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TEDx Licensing Assistant, Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process applications, feedback, and incoming queries related to TEDx event proposals
• Conduct web research and provide informed opinions to assist in decision-making
• Support the TEDx Licensing team on various projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Quick learner of new processes and tools, particularly on Mac software
• Global mindset or perspective is preferred
• Availability to work 10am-6pm ET, five days a week
