Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing & Credentialing Associate to manage provider licensing and credentialing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute provider credentialing workflows and ensure timely activation
• Collect, review, and validate provider documentation for compliance
• Maintain and update provider data across various systems to ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare licensing and credentialing
• Experience with credentialing systems or data tools (e.g., Medallion, CAQH)
• Familiarity with multi-state licensing requirements and healthcare compliance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Operational mindset with the ability to improve structured workflows
