Licensing Compliance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Compliance Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead licensing and registration efforts across multiple states
• Research, complete, and submit applications to regulatory agencies
• Manage and maintain records of licenses, filings, qualifications, surety bonds, and renewals

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree and/or relevant experience
• 2+ years experience in licensing or records administration
• Experience with NMLS and communications with regulators a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
