Licensing Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Compliance Specialist for a hybrid or remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile producer and agency records with departments of insurance
• Maintain accuracy of producer appointments and data in various systems
• Process producer changes, appointments, terminations, and agency contracts

Required Qualifications:

• Prior insurance licensing experience preferred
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• One to three years of office experience required
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate professionalism
