  • Manage broker dealer registration and ensure compliance with necessary documentation
  • Provide backup support for licensing and appointments for staff and Relationship Managers
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Experience in insurance and securities licensing processes
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in database management, preferably with MOSAIC
  • Ability to coordinate training and onboarding processes
  • Experience working with HR and internal compliance teams
