Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Coordinator to provide administrative support for corporate licensing and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and submit license applications, renewals, and updates
  • Maintain insurance licenses for entities and team members
  • Act as a liaison for licensees, ensuring all applications are complete
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Recommended SILA-Associate level licensing training courses
  • INS classes are a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
