Key Responsibilities

• Lead research for state healthcare licensing boards to determine licensing issuance and verification methods
• Build and maintain a centralized repository for licensing board information, including technical specifications and change logs
• Serve as the internal expert for verification sources and collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues and enhance data integrations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research, data-focused, or compliance role
• Experience building and maintaining knowledge bases or wikis
• Ability to maintain detailed records and technical specifications
• Basic understanding of APIs and web scraping
• Experience in healthcare credentialing is a plus
