Licensing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Representative to handle customer inquiries and support producer licensing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline contact for customer inquiries related to producer licensing and appointments
• Accurately process producer onboarding, commission payments, and agent maintenance activities
• Document all interactions and follow up on inquiries to ensure resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support
• Ability to follow established policies and compliance requirements
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Comfort working with computers and technology, including proficiency with office applications
