Licensing Representative

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Licensing Representative, the successful candidate will manage inbound calls, emails, and transactions related to producer licensing and appointments, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline point of contact for internal and external customers, handling service requests related to producer licensing
• Accurately process producer onboarding, commission payments, and agent maintenance activities in compliance with regulations
• Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions and resolve inquiries efficiently while adhering to quality standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, operations, or administrative support role
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with office applications and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
