Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Licensing Researcher to lead a team in conducting regulatory research on licensing requirements for home service professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep regulatory research to uncover licensing requirements across various jurisdictions
• Guide and support a small team, reviewing outputs and refining research processes
• Document findings and decisions clearly, reaching out to government agencies for verification as needed

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in legal research, compliance, regulatory affairs, or public policy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ambiguous regulations
• Experience mentoring peers or onboarding team members is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Bonus: Familiarity with home services trades or licensing processes
