Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the complete lifecycle of provider state license applications and renewals
• Serve as a point of contact with state licensing boards and regulatory agencies to resolve application issues
• Maintain accurate licensing records and provide regular status reports on licensing activities

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of provider enrollment/credentialing experience
• Experience in administrative coordination, compliance, or licensing within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in using databases and tracking systems for record management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
• Understanding of healthcare licensing processes and regulatory requirements is highly desirable
