Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist responsible for managing clinician licensing in compliance with state and insurance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate application submissions and approvals between providers, medical boards, and government agencies
- Collaborate with the credentialing team to ensure timely fulfillment of provider licensing requirements
- Track and manage license renewals, DEA, CSR, and CME requirements
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in licensing
- Knowledge of State and Federal Licensing regulations across multiple states
- Familiarity with Controlled Substance and DEA regulations related to clinical licensure
- Experience with Google Suite systems
- Access to a private work environment with high-speed internet for remote work
