Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist responsible for managing clinician licensing in compliance with state and insurance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate application submissions and approvals between providers, medical boards, and government agencies
• Collaborate with the credentialing team to ensure timely fulfillment of provider licensing requirements
• Track and manage license renewals, DEA, CSR, and CME requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in licensing
• Knowledge of State and Federal Licensing regulations across multiple states
• Familiarity with Controlled Substance and DEA regulations related to clinical licensure
• Experience with Google Suite systems
• Access to a private work environment with high-speed internet for remote work
