Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist-Contract (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process license requests for Physicians and other medical providers by compiling documents and verifying provider backgrounds
• Update the status of license applications in the database and communicate with licensing boards regarding qualifications and application progress
• Maintain confidentiality of physician files and manage documentation effectively while interacting with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years' experience in Medical Licensing and Medical Staff Services preferred
• Healthcare and telemedicine experience preferred
• CPCS certification preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
