Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist to support behavioral health practitioners in obtaining and maintaining their licensure and prescriptive authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform provider state licensing for initial and renewal medical licenses
• Research state requirements for licenses to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Notify and assist providers in renewing expiring licenses to maintain current status

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience with provider licensure, credentialing, or enrollment standards
• Multi-state licensing experience highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to work independently in a remote position
