Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Licensing Specialist, responsible for assisting with agency and agent licensing and continuing education compliance in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Order new licenses and submit renewals through vendor or state websites
• Handle agent onboarding and communicate with agents regarding licensing and continuing education
• Perform other related licensing support tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• Must be willing to work EST hours
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance licensing preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Some college experience preferred
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
