Job Summary
To support licensing efforts in a growing startup environment, the part-time contract Licensing Specialist will manage provider licensing processes, ensure compliance with state regulations, and assist in developing best-practice workflows, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end provider licensing, including application preparation, submission, and follow-up across multiple states
- Coordinate and track licensing timelines, proactively following up to avoid delays
- Provide subject matter expertise on licensing requirements, including collaborative practice agreements (CPAs) and state-specific regulations
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of licensing experience, preferably within healthcare
- Hands-on experience working with Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs)
- Familiarity with Nursing Compact Licensure (NLC) and multi-state practice requirements
- Experience submitting and managing license applications for Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Doctors
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
